- In the app: Profile → Contact support lets you send us a message with a category (ratings & reviews, general, billing, technical, other) without leaving OpenChair.
Common questions
- Cancelling an appointment: open the appointment and tap Cancel. Within 24 hours of the start time, cancellation locks — use chat to coordinate with the other side.
- Changing your password: Profile → Change password.
- Deleting your account: Profile → Delete account removes your profile and associated data.
- Subscriptions (stylists): manage or cancel your OpenChair Pro subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
